It’s been 3 days since we bought the car, and my husband and I are absolutely thrilled — it’s our first car!
Nikita was recommended to us by friends, and we’re really glad he was the one helping us with the purchase. First of all, I want to say that Nikita is a very pleasant and positive guy, attentive, and we felt very comfortable with him. We connected quickly, and the whole process - from choosing the car to completing the deal - went very easily, calmly and even fun 😊

At first, we had a pretty vague idea of what we wanted - we were thinking about BMW X1 or X2, or Lexus RX/NX. But Nikita suggested trying Genesis, and it turned out to be the perfect option for us. It’s time to write a review for someone who does such a massive amount of work for a totally fair price - especially considering how much you can save on a car purchase thanks to Nikita!

My family and I decided to buy a Mercedes with a certain budget. At first, we had our eye on a 2015-2017 S-Class. We told Nikita right away, but he explained why we should stay away from that model and suggested better alternatives. He advised us to look at the 2017-2019 E-Class instead... and after checking the market, we agreed.

For about a week, we actively discussed different options found online. Nikita coordinated a final shortlist based on our budget and other key factors. In total, we picked out 12-13 cars to inspect, prioritizing certain ones.

The first inspections were... discouraging. We came across two 'Korean imports' that were clearly flood-damaged-there was literally mold on the seatbelts and the interiors were in terrible shape. I knew immediately we wouldn't take them, but I was surprised that Nikita still checked them thoroughly until the very end. Then we saw some 'Japanese imports' which were slightly better, but still nowhere near the quality we actually wanted. Honestly, my hopes of finding a good car within my budget were fading fast.

Then we went to see a black E-Class. I didn't have high expectations because of the mileage (153k km). But almost as soon as he started the inspection, Nikita said: 'This is probably your car.' It had a great trim level, nice wheels, and only minor paintwork in three spots (done professionally). Most importantly, it had a full service history from the official dealer.
